Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

If your shipping cost is not calculated automatically, our team will contact you once we receive your order to quote on the shipping charges.

IMPORTANT : If the item you are looking at is not from our READY TO SHIP section, it is very likely that this piece will be either made on order or sourced from one of our curated brand partners. In the latter case the lead time may be up to 8-10 weeks. You are welcome to contact us to understand the process and get a more precise lead time based on your postcode. You may be able to customize all dimensions and colour of this product to suit your home needs.
